Skills in socioeconomic surveys, SQUEAC/LQAS methodologies in nutrition, Demographic and Health Survey (DHS), implementation of Health Management Information Systems (HMIS), and their computer based data management (Epi DATA, Epi INFO, ENA for SMART, SPSS, SAS, and STATA).

Strategic Planning and Visioning- Applying Participatory Approaches in developing organizational strategic plans, annual operations and financial management and business plans.

Training and facilitation- Conducting trainings on participatory approaches  in project  and M&E systems design and implementation,  Report writing, SPHERE Standards, Good Enough Guide to Impact Measurement in Emergencies ( ECB-GEG) and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership Standards ( HAP).
